1. Returns
1.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from heatherjacksonartist.com. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your artwork, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
1.3 We do not accept returns on personalised or custom-made art, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. Refunds
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
3. Exchanges
3.1 If you wish to exchange your artwork for another item of equal or lesser value, please contact us to make arrangements. Additional charges may apply for more expensive items.
